Terms of use

These terms apply between AQL Technology Company and the store that installs Faiz from the Salla App Store. By installing or using Faiz, the store owner agrees to them for the store.
The service
Faiz helps you run your Salla store: it reads your store data, shows insights, writes suggestions, and — only when you confirm — makes changes in your store through Salla (for example prices, products, coupons or offers). Some features need outside accounts you connect yourself (such as WhatsApp).
Plans and payment
Faiz is billed through the Salla App Store, at the prices and plans shown there. A free trial may apply. Each plan includes a monthly AI allowance and limits shown on the Plan page; when an allowance is used up, some features pause or switch to ready-made templates until it renews. Refunds follow the Salla App Store’s rules.
Your responsibilities
- Check what Faiz writes or suggests before you publish or send it — you decide, and you’re responsible for what your store publishes and sends.
- Have your customers’ agreement before messaging them on WhatsApp, and follow WhatsApp’s and Salla’s policies.
- Keep your sign-in email and devices secure; tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
- Don’t use Faiz to break the law, send spam, or misuse anyone’s data.
AI-generated content
Text, images and videos made with AI can contain mistakes. Faiz is designed not to invent prices, discounts or promises, and to keep your products unchanged in images, but you must review them before use. You own the content Faiz creates for your store, subject to the AI providers’ terms.
Availability
We aim to keep Faiz running at all times but can’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Features that depend on Salla, Meta, Google or other providers can be affected by them.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for Faiz in the 3 months before it. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost data, or for decisions you take on Faiz’s suggestions, which are always yours to approve.
Ending
You can stop at any time by removing Faiz from your Salla store. We may suspend a store that breaks these terms. What happens to your data afterwards is in the privacy policy.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; disputes go to the competent courts in Riyadh.
